Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree with 10 years experience in the Grade Pay of ` 4,200 or 6 years in the Grade Pay of ` 4,600 or 5 years in the Grade Pay of ` 4,800 or equivalent in Government/Autonomous/Public Sector Undertakings. Must be conversant with security rules and procedures.
Qualifications: 1) MBA in (HR), having knowledge of labour laws, contract laws etc., 2) Ex- servicemen having knowledge of fire fighting and other safety measures will be preferred.
